Key Features & Wiring Options
Four-wire design for high flexibility
This versatile wiring setup adapts to different on-site requirements, making it an ideal maintained emergency downlight for various projects:
- L/N line: Standard power input for daily operation.
- SW switch line: Connect to a wall switch-works as daily lighting when powered, and automatically turns on in emergency mode when the power cuts out.
FS forced-start line
Connect to an external backup battery or central emergency power supply. This keeps the light on in both normal and emergency status, which is a key advantage of our maintained emergency downlight. If not needed, the FS line can be easily cut and insulated.
Important wiring note
When the FS line is connected, the L and N polarity must be correct-this ensures normal battery charging and safe use, a critical detail for any professional emergency lighting product.
Installation & protection
With an IP30 protection grade, it prevents objects larger than 2.5mm from entering, keeping the internal components safe. Its compact shell fits seamlessly with modern ceiling designs, making installation quick and hassle-free for electricians.
It's perfect for electricians, project engineers, and designers-one lamp can handle both switch control and continuous lighting with a central backup power supply, fully complying with global safety codes.
